Setting this up to keep track of workouts

 Why another blog? I want to be able to organize and keep track of the online workouts I find and like. I like blogs to organize my thinking and the materials. This blog is primarily for me, but I share it in case it can be useful to one other person.  This first workout is one I found in December of 2020. I've done it a few times now and I like it. At the end of this workout, my hips really feel the stretch. Afterwards, they just feel better. I really like the dynamic stretching moves. I sit a lot and have been having some pain in my left hip and this does help.  Someday, maybe I'll remember to do it at lunchtime for a mid-day break.
